Your account
How your report balance works, the transaction ledger, and buying more reports.
Running an analysis uses one report from your balance. You can see how many you have left, buy more, and review your history from your account.
Every analysis you run costs one report. Your current balance shows in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, next to "Reports Remaining," and on the billing page in Settings.
Your balance is a running ledger. It goes up when reports are granted to your account or when you buy more, and it goes down by one each time you start an analysis.
When you run low, buy more on the purchase page. Discounted launch pricing, available for a limited time, is $8 for one report or $20 for three. Your balance is credited as soon as the payment goes through. Checkout and receipts are handled by Stripe.
Eligible early customers see their account rate automatically after signing in. There is no coupon to enter. That rate belongs to the account and may be removed if we believe the account is being abused.
You only pay for analyses that finish. If a workflow fails partway through, the report is credited back to your balance automatically. You don't need to do anything or reach out to support, and the refund shows up as its own line in your history.
The billing page lists every purchase, with the date, the amount, the status, and a link to the Stripe receipt. For a breakdown of how you've spent reports, see Usage.
Quick balance check: the account menu in the sidebar. Full history and receipts: Settings, then Billing.
